Your next appointment has been booked as agreed with your Counsellor at your last session.
If you need to amend this appointment booked, we may be able to do this for you in extenuating circumstances.
Please note this may not always be possible, depending on your Counsellors availability.
If your sessions are being paid for by your Employer, Insurance company, Charity or other Third Party referrer
we may need to send this rebooking request to them to request authorisation before we can offer an alternative appointment date and time. It's important to make time for your sessions (as you would any other health appointment) especially once these have been agreed and booked into your counsellors diary.
Please ensure you are agreeing a next date and time that is suitable with your Counsellor at the end of each session.
PLEASE NOTE UNLESS 24 HOURS HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
YOUR SESSION BOOKED WILL BE LOST - THIS WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ALLOCATED
NUMBER OF SESSIONS, OR NOT REFUNDED IF YOU ARE SELF-FUNDING YOUR SESSIONS.
