-ASC is a charity referral source. The number of sessions authorised by ASC is the amount the client is able to have via this charity. However, the client can continue with you self-funded at £30 per session through TCS directly. If an -ASC client DNA's a session, the referrer is informed and if there is a 2nd DNA the casefile will be referred back to be closed.

-BWS Final Session Report - NEW FORM (July 2023)
-BWS is a charity referral source. Please try to work to the allocated number of sessions. If a client would like to continue once these are completed they can either discuss the possible option of additional paid for sessions through their case manager at the referral source (However these may not be approved due to limited funding) or the client can self-fund at £30 per session through TCS directly.
-BWS also have direct bereavement referrals - These clients are offered 6 sessions and -BWS is unable to authorise any further sessions. These clients can also self-fund as above if this is possible for them.

This referrer allows their employees to access our counselling service for as long as they require support.
At the 10th session we ask for a brief 3-sentance summary to be emailed over containing the therapy focus of the sessions so far and therapy focus for sessions going forward.
From that point onwards, we ask for a brief 3-sentance summary to be emailed over after every 5th session.

Please send all completed reports WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SESSION to info@therapycentreservices.com where this will be picked up by the relevant account manager for submission. Please then head to the client's Halaxy case file and using the "Add Files" button on the bottom right beside ATTACHMENTS. Please then ensure you have deleted this report from your personal computer so you are not holding any personal client information outside of our encrypted systems.

Please only use your @therapycentreservices.com email address via mail.ionos.co.uk
to send all completed EDR reports. This is to ensure that we are ICO compliant and that all confidential emails are sent across our internal server.
