How quickly can I start counselling?
We can offer you a counselling session within 24 hours of receiving your referral.
Do you offer online counselling in the U.K.?
Yes, we offer online, telephone and face-to-face counselling in the U.K.
How much does counselling cost?
Online and telephone sessions are £40, face-to-face sessions are £55.
Can I choose face-to-face or online?
You can choose whichever will suit you, face-to-face are available location dependent.
How can counselling help with anxiety or stress?
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore what’s causing anxiety or stress. It can help you understand your thoughts, develop coping strategies, and feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
What are the signs I might benefit from counselling?
You may benefit from counselling if you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing low mood, struggling with work-related stress, or finding it difficult to cope with change, loss, or relationships. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
What happens in a counselling session?
Sessions are led at your pace. You’ll have the opportunity to talk openly about your thoughts and experiences, while a trained counsellor supports you in exploring patterns, building insight, and developing practical ways forward.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential, with clear boundaries explained at the outset. The only exceptions relate to safeguarding, where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
How can counselling support bereavement or loss?
Counselling can help you process grief in a supportive environment, understand your emotions, and find ways to cope with loss at your own pace.
How do I get started?
You can get in touch with us to discuss your needs, ask any questions, and arrange an initial session at a time that works for you.
How long are sessions?
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes.
What if I don't like my counsellor?
If you don't feel you are connecting with your counsellor, that's ok. We can look into why you find that relationship isn't helpful for you and connect you with a new counsellor if necessary.
