Supervision Reports - February 2026

As part of our ongoing quarterly processes, we are looking to confirm supervision hours obtained by our counsellors in training & qualified counsellors to ensure we are continually working ethically within the BACP guidelines: Minimum of 1.5 hours per calendar month. Ratio of 8 hours counselling to 1 hour supervision, with supervision every two weeks. - Can be a mix of one to one or group. A facilitator is needed for group supervision. Please note: peer supervision is not acceptable for students.

 

Therefore, we are asking for your total of Supervision hours obtained so far plus the last 4 dates of supervision sessions attended to be inputted below.

Just to confirm this is just for our records so we are in line with the requirements of managing our counsellors on the TCS team. If we were to be audited by the BACP we would need to provide evidence that this information was being collated to ensure all our counsellors are working ethically.

 

As a final note, we wanted to remind you that we are always a text/call/email away if you would like to discuss any concerns you have regarding any client or client work with TCS between supervision sessions.
