Google Meet

5-10 minutes prior to your appointment start time, your counsellor will email you a Google Meet Invitation link. If for any reason you do not arrive to your session, your counsellor will call you on your mobile number provided. Please keep this close to hand if you have any trouble accessing your session. PLEASE NOTE: Your counsellor will call on a withheld number - If your phone handset is set up with a block for withheld calls, please ensure this setting is deactivated during your session time to enable your counsellor to reach you.

You can either:
Join via your computer or laptop - Simply click onto the link and your computer will launch your web browser and join you into the meeting's waiting room. —no software to install.
or

Join via a mobile device - Download the Google Meet app. (Download buttons below)
Log-in to a Google Account (or Google will take you through a brief "Sign-up" process).
Once you click onto the link, the Google Meet app will launch and take you into the meeting's waiting room.

Microsoft Teams

5-10 minutes prior to your appointment start time, your counsellor will email you a Microsoft Teams Invitation link. If for any reason you do not arrive to your session, your counsellor will call you on your mobile number provided. Please keep this close to hand if you have any trouble accessing your session.

In your email invite, select Click here to join the meeting.
You can also use a dial-in number and conference ID from the email to call in.
You then have three choices:

Download the Windows app: Download the Teams desktop app.
​
Continue on this browser: Join a Teams meeting on the web.
​
Open your Teams app: If you already have the Teams app, go right to your meeting.
​
Type your name.
Choose your audio and video settings.
Select Join now.
