Nikita began training in counselling in 2016, she has since completed her Person Centred Qualification course, practicing with clients since 2019 and gaining over 800 hours of client experience.

​

Nikita's main modality is Person Centred but she also uses psychodynamic, CBT and further integrative resources to suit per client. Nikita chose to become a mental health professional after her own personal therapy journey. She has since shown true passion towards "paying forward" the benefits she discovered herself through counselling.
