What do you know about Therapy Centre Services and the type of work we do?
Our work often supports people following distressing or traumatic workplace incidents. What draws you to this type of work?
What do you understand about the role of an on-site counsellor in a workplace setting?
On-site days can sometimes be reactive and arranged at short notice. How do you feel about this type of flexibility?
The daily rate is £200 plus expenses. Are you comfortable with this rate for on-site work?
When you attend an on-site project, you are representing TCS rather than working independently. What does that mean to you?

On-site work often results in counselling referrals. How do you feel about supporting clients beyond the on-site day?
We pay £25 per counselling session and £50 per EMDR session. Would you be interested in supporting any counselling referrals from the on-site days, or for our current referrers generally? Are you comfortable working at these rates?

How much notice do you usually need to attend an on-site project?
