Safety Plan & Crisis Card
Are you experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings? You are not alone, and support is available.
A suicide safety plan is a personalised, written set of steps that you can develop on your own or with a counsellor. It is designed to help you stay safe by outlining what to do if you begin to experience thoughts of harming yourself. This plan acts as a practical guide you can follow during difficult moments, helping you manage those thoughts and access support when needed.

We also have a crisis card which you can complete at any time and keep accessible for whenever you may need it.

We have further resources available, linked below, as well as self-referral available for counselling support within 24 hours through our website.
