Counselling can explore healthy coping skills that employees can use to manager work related stress and other issues, as well as helping your employees to explore and implement stress management techniques and conflict resolution skills.
Our team are very experienced in supporting employees working in the education sector and we work closely with our schools to help retain the member of staff in the workplace, or to help them return to work as soon as possible if they have been signed off work.
With our bespoke service, you can decide how many counselling session to provide as support for each member of staff. On receipt of referral, we will confirm directly to you and then contact the staff member to offer them an initial session within 24 hours.
