We will send a report to you each month with the sessions recorded on our system for the previous month (22nd-21st).

Please reconcile this with your records and advise us of any issues. If the report is correct please simply send an invoice for the total amount by the due dates below;

We have two payment runs as above, one of the last working day of the month and then 7-days following this.

Please let us know if you require payment on the last day of the month or if you are able to wait for the following week payment run when submitting your invoice.

You are able to invoice ½ of the session rate for *all clients* if the client DNA’s their session, providing you have attempted to contact them on Google Meet, called them on their mobile if you are unable to reach them and that you have provided 15 minutes for the client to connect from the session start time. This only applies to clients where a session is booked, and you attempt contact / Meeting link sent within 15-minutes of start time. This does not apply to cancelled sessions where more than 15-minutes notice has been given, or for any sessions where you connect with your client and arrange to reschedule.

*For our county council contracts (-RHO & -SCC) we cannot charge for DNA'd sessions so it is important that suitable next appointment dates are discussed and agreed with your clients, and the importance of attending all sessions is discussed, due to the limited number of sessions available for them. Any missed appointments do have to be notified to their employer.
