Talk Therapy
Talk therapy can help all sorts of people in lots of different situations. You may also hear talk therapy referred to as counselling, talking treatments or psychological therapies.

TCS offer therapy sessions via Google Meet or over the telephone for clients across the UK.

Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends.
During your session, a trained counsellor or therapist will listen to you and help you to find your own answers to problems, without judging you, or telling you what to do.
