How can counselling help?
Counselling can help with a wide range of issues and provides a confidential and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Being self-aware and having the capability to think and feel emotions with clarity and understanding is important.
Counselling allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings in a safe, confidential space.
What happens when I book an appointment?
All of our sessions are face to face sessions, where you will be able to book an appointment with a Counsellor, and to then attend regular sessions to explore and work through your issues.
We will match you with a Counsellor depending on your location and availability. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments so that all clients can access the service.
In the majority of cases, a single session will not be enough to overcome any issues you are facing. Counselling is a journey and it takes time and consistency to work effectively.
We offer unlimited access to our service so you can work with your Counsellor for an unlimited time to be discussed and decided with your Counsellor throughout the therapy process.
